De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst “Leveren van support voor Enterprise Applicatie Integratie (EAI) webservices”.. De support voor EAI -webservices is beperkt tot de EAI -webservices. De opdracht bestaat uit: - Implementatie van integraties en API's in nauwe samenwerking met andere opdrachtnemers van De Watergroep. - Monitoring van de Enterprise Applicatie Integratie omgeving en end-to-end monitoring van diverse domeinspecifieke applicaties. - Afhandeling van incidenten met betrekking tot complexe integraties waar meerdere partners bij betrokken zijn. - Programmabeheer voor de meer complexe projecten met meerdere integratiepartners. - SLA operationeel onderhoud en ondersteuning.
