Prestations de conseil et d'expertise comptable

The Comité Régional du Tourisme awarded a single-supplier framework agreement to HDM AUDIT on 1 June 2026 for comprehensive accounting expertise and consulting services valued at €100,000. The scope covers account closure and wind-down of the IRT association, accounting and tax support for activity transfer to an EPIC entity, management of the transition period between the two structures, coordination with the liquidator, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The contract also includes accounting and reporting assistance for a reservation centre and preparation of intermediate financial statements to support the transition process.
