Die BLS schreibt einen langlaufenden Rahmenvertrag zur Lieferung von Sicherungsanlagen mit Führerstandsignalisation (FSS) des Typs ETCS Level 2 inkl. Wartung und Unterhalt aus. Der Zeithorizont ist mindestens 10 Jahre. Der Rahmenvertrag soll nebst dem Referenzprojekt zur Erneuerung der Sicherungsanlagen auf der Strecke von Bern Fischermätteli nach Schwarzenburg (BSB-Strecke) weitere, zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht abschliessend spezifizierte, Projekte umfassen.
