Overview
Seit 2005 besteht das Städtebaufördergebiet, zunächst als StadtumbauWest, Nachhaltige Erneue
rung SchönebergSüdkreuz mit einer Fläche von ca. 183 ha. Die Betreuung der Förderkulisse wird seitens des
Bezirksamtes TempelhofSchöneberg, Fachbereich Stadtentwicklungsamt mit Unterstützung eines externen
Gebietsbeauftragten durchgeführt. Die Gebietsbeauftragung wird hiermit für die Jahre 2025 und 2026 ausgeschrieben
sowie vorbehaltlich der Mittelbewilligung bis zum Auslaufen des Fördergebiets vsl. im Jahre 2029.
