Drees & Sommer SE was awarded a contract valued at €287,766.80 on 12 June 2026 to develop a functional performance specification for the construction of a refugee reception facility (EA500) in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen and to prepare and support the total contractor procurement process. The scope includes adapting the state-wide functional specification to site-specific conditions, supervising site management during construction phase, quality assurance and schedule monitoring, and providing technical-economic support services to the client.
