Ziel des Projekts ist, die im nördlichen Bereich des Plärrers vorhandenen Dampfleitungen durch Heißwasserleitungen zu ersetzen. Dieser Auftrag umfasst die hierfür erforderlichen Planungsleistungen für die Fernwärmeleitung und die zugehörigen Schächte nach HOAI 2021.
