Overview
Die Stadt Wesseling beabsichtigt im östlichen Teil des Bildungsparks Urfeld die Errichtung eines Gebäudes, in dem temporär als Interimsschule andere Schulstandorte umgesiedelt werden können und im Rahmen einer späteren Folgenutzung schulische und kulturelle Nutzungen, z.B. Volkshochschule, untergebracht werden können. Zur Vorbereitung der späteren Hochbaumaßnahmen sind zunächst Tiefbaumaßnahmen erforderlich. Die Stadt Wesseling benötigt insoweit die entsprechenden Architektur- und Ingenieurleistungen gemäß HOAI.
