Udbud af levering og installation af AV-udstyr til konference- og møderum

Energinet has awarded a framework agreement to Best-AV A/S (DKK 300 million, awarded 1 May 2026) for supply and installation of videoconferencing solutions, AV equipment, software, and maintenance fully compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms. The contract includes immediate delivery and installation of AV and IT equipment for approximately 110 new meeting rooms and common areas in a new building at Tonne Kjærsvej 65, Fredericia, with approximately 30 specialized meeting rooms requiring advanced functionality, all to be operational by 1 January 2027, plus ongoing supply, maintenance, and upgrades of AV and IT equipment in existing meeting rooms throughout the framework period.
