Die Stadt Karlsruhe – Eigenbetrieb Team Sauberes Karlsruhe (Auftraggeber, im Folgenden bezeichnet als AG) als öffentlich-rechtlicher Entsorgungsträger unterhält im Stadtgebiet neun Sammelstellen für Altholz der Kategorien A I-III gemäß Altholzverordnung.
