The City of Münster procured extramural vocational training services for disadvantaged youth and training dropouts under the SGB II framework across two lots from August 2026 to July 2029, with an optional extension. The cooperative model (Lot 1) requires contractors to coordinate with partner businesses for practical training phases while providing theoretical instruction and sociopedagogical support, while the integrative model (Lot 2) places full responsibility for both theoretical and practical training with contractors supplemented by mandatory workplace phases. The contract was awarded to the Bietergemeinschaft Jugendausbildungszentrum JAZ gGmbH and Akademie Überlingen N. Glasmeyer GmbH for €2,068,899.60 on 16 June 2026.
