Overview
Gegenstand der Verhandlung war die Verlängerung des für die bei der LSA verwendete Software zur Ausstellung der Lizenzen (Piloten, Wartungstechniker, ATCOs) und Medicals Wartungsvertrags für das Produkt EMPIC EAP bzw. FCL-M bis einschließlich 2029.
Mit dem Wartungsvertrag wird
• die Bereitstellung von Upgrades und Patches,
• die Bearbeitung bzw. Annahme der Fehlerfälle
• die Zurverfügungstellung von einem Ticket- und Requirement-Tool
• die Anpassung an neue Java-, Datenbank- und Betriebssystem
