Predmet nabave je izvođenje radova popravka nekonstrukcijskih elemenata prema generičkom troškovniku za 750 oštećenih obiteljskih kuća na području Sisačko-moslavačke, Karlovačke i Zagrebačke županije, sukladno Zakonu o obnovi te vezanim propisima kojima se uređuje obnova kao i propisima kojima se uređuje obavljanje poslova i djelatnosti prostornog uređenja i gradnje te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni tih propisa.
Izvođač radova je obvezan izvršiti sva potrebna usklađenja s novom zakonskom regulativom.
