Mit der auszuschreibenden Projektsteuerung für Kosten soll ein Kostensteuerungs-Toll entwickelt, erprobt und im Projekt Halle-Eichenberg implementiert werden. Diese Leistung soll im Kalenderjahr 2025 bis 2029 erbracht werden mit dem Ziel, Schwachstellen in der derzeitigen Kostensteuerung zu erkennen und zu beheben und sicherzustellen, dass bestehende Prozesse den Anforderungen an Transparenz, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit (besser) entsprechen.
