Introduction Leadership Programme for Senior Public Sector Leaders

The Institute of Public Administration awarded a contract to Roffey Park Institute Ireland for a four-day introduction leadership programme designed for senior public sector leaders. The programme, delivered over a four-month period with two consecutive residential days, focuses on enhancing leadership capacity through critical reflection on themes including building future readiness, leading and empowering, communicating and influencing, and engaging and collaborating. Participants are targeted from civil service principal officers, local authority directors of services, state agency heads of divisions, and equivalent ranks.
