Legal advice for the Welcome Offices of the European Commission (6 lots)

The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of ‘legal advice’ services in Brussels (Belgium), Ispra (Italy), Sevilla (Spain), Petten (The Netherlands), Karlsruhe (Germany), and Geel (Belgium) for Commission staff and their family members. The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework contract for legal advice services relating to national legislations in the following legal fields: Consumer law Law of Property — Tax law Rights of individuals — Private international law related to these areas — Labour and social law — European Union law (involving in-depth knowledge of the provisions of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Union of 8 April 1965, annexed to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union).
