A framework agreement for mobile telecommunications services was awarded on 22 June 2026 to five providers: Magyar Telekom Távközlési Nyrt., One Magyarország Zrt., Vodafone Magyarország Távközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, Yettel Magyarország Zrt., and Yettel Magyarország Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, with a total value of 1,771,890,492 HUF. The procurement covers three service types (mobile communication, IoT telemetry, and bulk SMS services) across eleven service packages with a planned quantity of 14,000,000 service package-months, which may be extended by up to 6 months with a 30% increase in volume. The framework operates over a 24-month contracting period followed by a 24-month performance period and a 3-month settlement period.
