Overview

The Roads and Motorways Directorate is seeking to establish and operate a charging park for heavy electric vehicles at the Osek rest area on the D1 motorway (km 289.3, left side) through a concession agreement. The concessionaire must develop project documentation, obtain all necessary permits and approvals, construct and install charging stations compliant with EU Regulation 2023/1804 (AFIR), expand charging capacity by 31 December 2030 to meet AFIR requirements, operate the charging park for the contract duration, and either remove or sell the stations to the buyer upon completion.
