Zu erstellen ist ein Liegenschaftsenergiekonzept (Starkstrom, Schwachstrom) für die Ernst-von-Bergmann-Kaserne.
Im Wesentlichen handelt es sich um eine Bestandsaufnahme der Stromversorgungs- (sowohl auf Mittelspannungs- als auch auf Niederspannungsebene) bzw. Leitungs-/Verteilerinfrastruktur (z. B. Ermittlung der Leitungslängen, Adernanzahl, Querschnitte, Einstellwerte, etc.) bis jeweils einschließlich der ersten Gebäudehauptverteilung. Zu berücksichtigen sind zudem Notstromverteilungen und Sicherheitsstromversorgungsanlagen, PV-Anlagen, usw.
Weiter ist eine Darstellung/Berechnung des Netzes in ELAPLAN erforderlich.
