Overview
Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen der Hochschulgastronomie mit Gewürzen-Los 1. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit 1 Unternehmen.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für knapp 2 Jahre mit der Option der einmaligen Verlängerung um 2 Jahre geschlossen. Die Laufzeit beginnt am 01.05.2025 und endet spätestens zum 31.03.2029. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das Gesamtkontingent i.H.v. 277.000,00 netto erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf der o.g. Fristen.
Preisanpassungen sind gemäß der Preisgleitklausel in den Vertragsunterlagen möglich.
