La consultation concerne l'exécution de : Travaux de construction du Technocampus Hydrogène Occitanie sur le site de Francazal - Toulouse
Le projet comporte 3 bâtiments principaux dédiés à des essais sur l'Hydrogène.
Ce site accueillera :
- Un bâtiment E dédié à des essais forte puissance destiné à des industriels de 1 174 m² SU,
- Un bâtiment D/F dédié à des essais à forte et très forte puissance qui accueillera des industriels et des laboratoires de recherche de 1 696 m² SU.
- Un bâtiment A de 3 773 m² sur 3 niveaux qui accueillera une plateforme pédagogique, des bureaux et des laboratoires faibles puissances,
- Un parking et une zone d'essais extérieure,
- Des bâtiments techniques et supports pour le fonctionnement du site.
A titre indicatif, les travaux devraient commencer à partir du mois de 1er juin 2024
