Mit der vorliegenden Vergabe beabsichtigt der Freistaat Sachsen, vertreten durch das SMF, als öffentlicher Auftraggeber, externe Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung des HKR CC, zum Ausbau des HKR-Gesamtsystems zu einem umfassenden ERP-System für die sächsische Staatsverwaltung gemäß dem Kabinettsbeschluss Nr. 07/1117 vom 10.06.2024 (Stufe 3+) sowie zur Fortführung des Projekts ePM.SAX für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2029 und weitere Lizenzen in Form einer oder mehrerer Rahmenvereinbarungen zu beschaffen.
