Overview
Die SSB Straßenbahnen AG beabsichtigt den Umbau und die Modernisierung ihrer Hauptverwaltung in Stuttgart. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung für Gebäude inkl. Freianlagen und der Fachplanung Gebäudetechnik (Elektro, Heizung, Sanitär, Klimatechnik, Lüftung, Küchentechnik, Aufzug) gemäß HOAI. - Objektplanung für Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 Nummer 10.1 zu § 34 Absatz 4 HOAI, - Freianlagenplanung gemäß § 39 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 11 Nummer 11.1 zu § 39 Absatz 4 HOAI, - Technischen Ausrüstung HLSKE gemäß § 53 Nr.1-8 und § 55 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 Nummer 15.1 zu § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI.
