Overview
Процедура по реда на чл. 82, ал. 1 от ЗОП, без провеждане на вътрешен конкурентен избор, въз основа на чл. 6 от сключено Рамково споразумение № № СПОР-4/16.04.2025 г., предвид наличието на изисквания за териториално покритие. Предвижда се доставка на следните видове автомобилни горива::
Автомобилни бензини (А95H/A98H/A100), включително с добавки/ подобрители;
Горива за дизелови двигатели, включително такива с подобрители.
Поканата се отправя до всички изпълнители по РС, като Възложителя ще сключи договори с всеки един от изпълнителите по РС, на стойност в съответствие с „квотите“ от Приложение № 8 от цитираното РС.
