Provision of Insurance Services

The subject of this call for tenders is the Provision of Insurance Services for ELA premises (details are below). According to a sublease agreement, ELA as the sublessee is required to have valid and effective insurance cover for the following risks, without limitation: theft by burglary and vandalism in the Premises; insurance of the Premises and all ELA’s property therein, including equipment, fitting-out and furniture installed and/or situated in the Premises against all risks (All Risk Insurance) for their replacement or repeated procurement value; insurance of ELA's liability for damages caused to third parties and/or the Lessee and/or the Lessor in relation to ELA's activities performed in the Building and/or Premises, as well as in relation to implementation of Alterations or other changes/modifications in the Premises by the ELA, including cross-liability, and insurance of third party claims resulting from all of the preceding (third party liability insurance).
