1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa serwisowa urządzeń IMPELLA obejmująca:
a) czynności diagnostyczne, naprawcze oraz aktualizację oprogramowania towarzyszącego wraz z częściami zamiennymi,
b) wsparcie aplikacyjne – szkolenia dla personelu medycznego w ilości 5 godzin rocznie, gwarantujące systematyczny rozwój wiedzy z zakresu obsługi i wykorzystania wszystkich dostępnych funkcji,
c) szkolenia dla personelu technicznego w ilości minimum 3 godzin, pozwalające na bezpieczną obsługę urządzeń i usuwanie drobnych awarii przez personel Zamawiającego.
