Overview
Die Wärmeerzeugung wird über die Fernwärmeversorgung sichergestellt. Im Zuge der Sanierung werden das Rohrnetz und die Heizkörper ausgetauscht und erneuert. Die Demontage wurde vorab als eigenes Gewerk ausgeführt. Im Erdgeschoss wird flächendeckend eine „nass-verlegte“ Fußbodenheizung geplant. Zur Abdeckung der Spitzenlast in den Räumen und in untergeordneten Räumen, sowie Sanitärräumen werden Heizkörper vorgesehen. Die Heizkörper sollen hinter bauseitigen Verkleidungen in den Fensternischen montiert werden.
