The 31st Tactical Aviation Base has awarded a contract to BIURO HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWE VIGOR SP. Z O.O. for cleaning and maintenance services at the Kiekrz military complex (5706) through 31 December 2027, valued at 4,183,440.9 PLN. The scope includes year-round internal surface cleaning (2,605.90 m²), periodic cleaning of 114 accommodation rooms and apartments, maintenance of hardened external areas (5,896.00 m²), and green space maintenance (6,924.50 m²), with required staffing of at least two full-time internal cleaners and one full-time external worker, all holding Polish citizenship and valid security clearances or training documentation.
