Art. 2 Abs. 3 BayBO und besteht aus einem zweigeschossigen Schulgebäude mit angeschlossener, eingeschossiger Pausenhalle, welche zwei bestehende Schultrakte verbindet. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten finden im an allen Außenwandflächen statt. Die Einbauhöhe (OK Attika) des Trakt 2 beträgt ca. 8,50 m über OK Gelände.
