Construction d'un pôle de formations paramédicales sur le site Santé Nord de la Faculté des sciences médicales et paramédicales

Aix-Marseille University has awarded a contract for the construction of a paramedical training hub on the Santé Nord campus site. The project, valued at approximately €29.95 million, comprises five lots covering building works (structure, facades, and fit-out), elevators, plumbing and HVAC systems, electrical and photovoltaic installations, and kitchen equipment, with awards distributed among a consortium led by BEC CONSTRUCTION PROVENCE and additional contractors including QUIETALIS, SNEF, and TK ELEVATOR FRANCE. The procurement included a social inclusion clause requiring the contractors to meet specified employment and social integration objectives.
