Anlass für das Vergabeverfahren ist die notwendige Komplettierung der energetischen Sanierungsmaßnahmen an der Pestalozzischule am Lindenweg 6 in 76275 Ettlingen. Erste Teilsanierungen mit einer Fenstererneuerung (Abschluss im Jahr 2017) und der Dachsanierung (Abschluss im Jahr 2025) wurden durchgeführt, sodass nunmehr eine energetische Sanierung der Fassaden mit einer Fläche von etwa 2.900 m² erfolgen soll.
