Im Ergebnis der Vorplanung wurde sich darauf verständigt, im Aufbau eine Kunststoffdichtungsbahn als Abdichtungskomponente zu verwenden. Hiermit wird die weitere ingenieurtechnische Begleitung - Leistungsphasen 3 - 9 zur Umsetzung des Projektes ausgeschrieben, wobei die Leistungsphase 8 neben den Grundleistungen die besonderen Leistungen umfasst.
