Medical University – Sofia has awarded a contract for SNP genotyping analysis to determine gene polymorphisms and ELISA assays supporting two research units (MP22 and MP24) under a strategic research and innovation programme funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The procurement comprises two separate lots: Lot 1 involves SNP genotyping of three genes (IL6, IL8, IL10) and quantitative ELISA analysis of three protein markers in buccal, saliva and serum samples for 120 subjects; Lot 2 covers SNP genotyping of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphisms in 200 patients using buccal samples.
