Overview
Vanwege het aflopen van de leasecontracten wil Regio Rivierenland haar huidige vijf leaseauto's gaan vervangen voor nieuwe leasevoertuigen. Regio Rivierenland wil hiervoor een Raamovereenkomst afsluiten waarbinnen het mogelijk is merk onafhankelijk leasevoertuigen af te nemen. Daarbij wil de regio volledig ontzorgd worden en wil de voertuigen mede om die reden afnemen op basis van full-operational lease. Het gaat hierbij in eerste instantie om 5 auto's. 5 voertuigen
