Le marché comprend trois missions complémentaires réalisées simultanément par le Titulaire en France métropolitaine (hors Corse) pour les missions 1 et 2 et en Corse et dans les quatre DROM pour la mission 3 (fera l'objet d'un bon de commande) :
Méthodologie n°1 : entretiens menés en face à face.
Méthodologie n°2: méthode auto administrée en ligne et par questionnaire papier, en France métropolitaine, hors Corse.
Méthodologie n°3 : volet expérimental de la 12ème édition de l'ESS suivant une méthode auto administrée en ligne et/ou par questionnaire papier, en Corse et dans les 4 DROM (Martinique ; Guadeloupe, Guyane et La Réunion).
