PRESTATIONS DE MAINTENANCES, CONTROLES REGLEMENTAIRES, DIAGNOSTICS, INTERVENTIONS DEPANNAGES ET D'URGENCES, TRAVAUX CORRECTIFS ET DE MISE EN CONFORMITE DES EQUIPEMENTS LIES AUX BATIMENTS (45 LOTS)

Amiens Métropole has awarded a framework agreement for maintenance services, regulatory inspections, diagnostics, emergency repairs, and corrective work on building equipment across 45 lots, with a total contract value of 1,587,220.98 EUR awarded on 27 April 2026. The framework is active from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, with no minimum commitments and annual maximum thresholds per lot, to be executed through purchase orders by AMCA members. The contract was awarded to 23 service providers including Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, Vinci Facilities, Otis, Kone, and other regional maintenance and technical specialists.
