Obiectul principal al Contractului este achiziția dotărilor necesare pentru crearea Centrului Living Lab în cadrul UOC. Platforma Living Lab este formată din componenta hardware și software. Platforma software (data visualisation, IOT) Living Lab va fi livrată împreună cu întreg setul de proceduri și metodologii pentru managementul platformei și facilitarea activităților de inovare deschisă. De asemenea, Autoritatea contractantă își propune achiziționarea unei soluţii de management a infrastructurii şi de securitate care asigura protecţia reţelei, securitatea accesului la Internet şi scanarea acestuia [viruşi sau conţinut] în timp real.
