Obnova kúpeľov Grössling

MKK Grössling commissioned a comprehensive reconstruction and historical restoration of the Grössling Baths complex in Bratislava, including structural modifications, extension of the baths building, public space revitalization on Medená Street, road reconstruction, and renovation of a building at Vajanského nábreží 11. The contract, valued at €23,396,219.75 and awarded on 18 May 2026, was won jointly by Adifex, a.s. and Metrostav Slovakia a.s. The project encompassed four main structures across two phases, with phase 2 being optional, and required compliance with detailed technical specifications and preservation requirements for the nationally protected cultural monument status of the baths building.
