9. Staffel Betreuungsdienstleistungen

The Bezirksregierung Arnsberg has awarded care services for central accommodation facilities (ZUEs) for refugees in North Rhine-Westphalia, coordinating procurement across the Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Münster regional governments. Four providers—DRK Betreuungsdienste Westfalen-Lippe gGmbH, DRK Nordrhein Soziale Dienste gGmbH, European Homecare GmbH, and MW Malteser Werke gemeinnützige GmbH—were selected to deliver services including facility organization, social care, leisure activities, childcare, furnishings, hygiene items, clothing management, and pocket money distribution. Each accommodation facility is assigned to one bidder or bidding consortium to provide these services.
