The procurement involved development and implementation of an integrated software solution for the General Directorate of European Funds for Competitiveness (GD EFC) under Bulgaria's Ministry of Innovation and Growth. The solution encompasses indicator tracking and analysis for EU programs, data integration with national systems, debt monitoring, and an AI-based fraud detection pilot system, with a 12-month delivery timeline and 36-month warranty support. SIELA NORMA AD was awarded the contract on 13 May 2026 for EUR 919,800.
