Overview
Der Inhalt des Rahmenvertrages umfasst die Planung und Durchführung von hochwertigen virtuellen und hybriden Veranstaltungen. Der Auftraggeber beauftragt pro Jahr erfahrungsgemäß mindestens fünf solcher Veranstaltungen und geht davon aus, dass dies auch unter diesem Rahmenvertrag so sein wird. Allerdings besteht dahingehend keine Abrufverpflichtung im Sinne einer Mindestabrufmenge durch den Auftraggeber (AG)! Der Höchstwert des Rahmenvertrages beträgt 370.000,00 EUR. Der Abruf von Leistungen wird unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zudem erst erfolgen, wenn der derzeitige Bestands-Rahmenvertrag ausgeschöpft ist.
