Overview
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Durchführung von Baumeisterarbeiten - Künettierung im Strom-, Gas- und Wärmebereich im Burgenland nach den Bestimmungen dieser Vereinbarung.
Grundsätzlich ist die Beauftragung für die Bausaison 2026/2027 (1. März 2026 bis 28.02.2027) vorgesehen. Es besteht das einseitige Gestaltungsrecht für den Auftraggeber, für die folgenden Bausaisonen 2027/2028 (1. März 2027 bis 28.02.2028) und 2028/2029 (1. März 2028 bis 28.02.2029) eine Option zu ziehen und die Beauftragung damit zu verlängern (siehe Rahmenvereinbarung).
