Overview
Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) maakt hierbij, in het kader van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf, bekend voornemens te zijn een overeenkomst te sluiten met Anthropic, leverancier van de AI-dienst Claude AI. Deze overeenkomst zal worden gesloten met toepassing van de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging, zoals bedoeld in artikel 2.32, eerste lid, sub b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. BUas is van oordeel dat de opdracht uitsluitend door Anthropic kan worden uitgevoerd. 7500 gebruikers, 1 jaar vast + 1 optie jaar
