Overview
Die enercity Netz GmbH beabsichtigt den flächendeckenden Aufbau einer Netzinfrastruktur mit Breitband-Powerline-Technik (BPL) im Niederspannungsnetz ihrer Stromversorgungsgebiete zur Anbindung von Smart Meter Gateways (SMGW). Im Frühjahr 2025 wurde die BPL-Technik durch den AG in einem Pilotgebiet erfolgreich installiert und getestet. Der flächendeckende Rollout soll im Januar 2026 beginnen und bis Dezember 2026 abgeschlossen sein. Der AG beabsichtigt für die Installation der BPL-Geräte die Beauftragung mehrerer Auftragnehmer (AN). Die BPL-Netzinfrastruktur umfasst BPL-Modems (Headend) für die Backbone-Anbindung, Signalverstärker (Repeater) sowie Koppelkondensatoren und ein zentrales Netzwerkmanagementsystem (NMS) zur Überwachung und Steuerung der Datenkommunikation und BPL-Geräte.
