Overview
El objeto de este contrato es dotar de más espacio al Archivo Judicial Territorial de Málaga (en adelante, AJTM), lo que conlleva la ejecución del servicio de guarda y custodia del fondo documental constituido por toda la documentación judicial que sea gestionada, custodiada y conservada por el AJTM procedente de todos los partidos judiciales de Málaga (capital y provincia), incluyendo cualquier ampliación de la planta judicial durante la vigencia del contrato, del servicio de préstamo y consulta de
la documentación custodiada, así como el traslado periódico de nuevas cajas de documentación desde el AJTM a las instalaciones de la adjudicataria.
