Errichtung eines Feuerwehrhauses in innovativer Holzbauweise

The Municipality of Wentorf bei Hamburg has awarded construction work for a new fire station building in innovative timber construction on a site of approximately 10,600 m² with a total floor area of around 3,200 m². The facility includes a vehicle hall with space for 9 fire engines, a washing hall, training and meeting areas for the volunteer and youth fire departments, material storage, a workshop area, and a nine-story training tower, to be built according to sustainability standards and timber construction innovation goals including CO₂-neutral energy concepts and circular economy principles. The award was granted to s.tec Germany GmbH on 12 May 2026 for a contract value of €57,895.28.
