Die DB Engineering&Consulting GmbH (DB E&C) will Planungsleistungen für Leit- und Sicherungstechnik vergeben. Dies soll auf Grundlage von Einzelabrufen dieses Rahmenvertrages erfolgen.
Auf der Grundlage dieses Rahmenvertrages sollen somit Planungsleistungen für Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST) mit bis zu 250.000 € Honorar pro Einzelvertrag durch die DB E&C GmbH beauftragt werden.

- Los 1 Neu- und Umbau (ESTW / DSTW / ETCS / BÜ)
- Los 2 Um- und Rückbau Alttechnik (MSTW / RSTW)
