Auf dem Areal der ehemaligen Sendeanlage am Stadtrand von Jülich und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus der FH Aachen entsteht derzeit ein Wissenschaftspark und innovatives Gewerbegebiet mit rd. 52 ha Fläche entstehen (im Folgenden: „Brainergy Park Jülich“).
Der AG hat die Aufgabe, die Liegenschaften im Brainergy Park mit Wärme, Kälte sowie Energiedienstleistungen zu versorgen.
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Leistungen zur Lieferung von Trafostationen für die Energiezentrale zur elektrischen Versorgung der Wärme- und Kälteerzeugung.
