Overview
Les travaux seront phasés pour permettre le maintien de
l'activité sur site. Ils se décompose de la manière suivante :
o Phase 1 :
- La construction d'une extension pour
principalement le service de restauration et le
préau de l'élémentaire ;
- La restructuration du bâtiment élémentaire ;
- Les aménagements extérieurs dans la cour des
élémentaires et l'aire de stationnement.
o Phase 2 :
- La restructuration du bâtiment central pour des
activités périscolaires et locaux du personnel ;
- La rénovation du bâtiment maternelle
Les travaux de désamiantage sont à prévoir au démarrage de chaque phase.
