Relance de l'accord-cadre pour l'organisation du recours à des évaluateurs indépendants et le suivi de la réalisation des évaluations des projets transnationaux ECIV suite à infructuosité

Normandy Region has awarded a framework agreement to ERDYN CONSULTANTS (€60,000) for organizing the recruitment and management of independent evaluators under the ECIV partnership. The contractor will handle the selection, awareness-raising, and administration of independent evaluators responsible for reviewing and scoring circular economy innovation projects submitted in 2025 calls, as well as implementing the evaluation of project proposals, with optional expertise services for a continuous experimentation call through 2026.
