Overview
Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die umfassenden HLK und S-Ingenieurleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Planung und dem Neubau des Busdepot Rotkreuz. Leistungsumfang gemäss SIA 108/2020 sowie insbesondere auch die Fachplanerkoordination.
Planung und Bauwerksdokumentation mit der Planungsmethode «BIM»
Ebenfalls einzurechnen sind Aufwendungen für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen gemäss Vorgaben SNBS, Abstimmung und Koordination mit Bauherrin und Architekten. Es ist geplant, das Gebäuden nach SNBS und Minergie P-Eco zertifizieren zu lassen.
